Why Wanxin?

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per item for most custom packaging. Special structures, materials or finishing processes may require a higher MOQ.
Why is the standard MOQ 500 pieces?
Custom packaging requires production setup, material preparation, printing and finishing. At very small quantities, these fixed costs can make the unit price disproportionately high. A 500-piece starting quantity usually provides a better balance between cost, customization and production efficiency.
Can I order several packaging products together?
Yes. Boxes, cards, stickers, tissue paper, pouches, ribbons and mailers can be coordinated as one packaging project.
Can I order a sample before production?
Yes. Material samples, plain samples and fully printed samples may be available depending on the product.
What files do you need?
Vector files such as AI, EPS or editable PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG or PDF files may also be reviewed.
Can you help with artwork?
We can help check size, layout, printing position and production requirements. Full brand identity or graphic design is not automatically included unless agreed separately.
